# Ve

> Ve is a browser built for working alongside AI. It gives an agent a persistent, permissioned place to read the pages you already have open, operate the tools behind them, and carry an outcome forward across sites, files, accounts and sessions. Made by VE Ai, Inc.

Ve is not a chat sidebar bolted onto a browser. The agent runs inside the browser with the same access you have, under a permission model you set per site and per folder. Credentials and sensitive files stay on the machine and are autofilled into pages rather than sent to the model. You bring your own model subscription or API key.

Status: pre-launch. There is no public download yet.
